  • Colorado College – Edith Kinney Gaylord Arts Center, 825 N Cascade Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80903

Hello Everyone!

We are seeking your support to carry-out the 2017 JASSC Children’s Day Event.  This is a fun, popular, and meaningful event that the JASSC has provided to the Southern Colorado Community for many years.  It is expected to attract several hundred guests.

It will be held on Saturday, May 6th from 10:00 to 12:30 at Colorado College – Edith Kinney Gaylord Arts Center.

Volunteers are needed for setup, various activities, and clean-up from 9:00 until about 1:00.

Please consider volunteering.  It is a wonderful way to work with fellow members to celebrate Japanese tradition, culture, and appreciation.  Your role will be to represent the JASSC while helping children with various crafts, games, and activities.

Snacks and refreshments will be provided.

Please contact me at robinlawrentz@hotmail.com or Kayoko Jennings at kayoko.jennings@gmail.com to be added to the volunteer roster.  And, plan to arrive by 9:00am.

Thank you and Yoroshiku Onegaishimasu!
